I just wanted to check in with everyone. Yes it has been a while since I last wrote a blog. I don’t blog just to blog. I am going to keep this short but just know I am working hard and can’t reveal too much but just know I am smiling everyday. Around June or so YOU WILL SEE ALOT of me. Early April I will Continue the interviews with leaders in business. Overall just bring you info that can help you better your life. Yes we all have storms that happen in our life I am no exception and just know no storm lasts forever. Only limits in life are those within ones mind, most never really grasp the concept.

Where do I start with John. Most people don’t know him, if he walked down the street in many places across the united states people wouldn’t have a idea who he is. Even here in Chicago his home town most people have no clue who John is. I promise you though anyone who someone in Chicago knows who John is. I am talking anyone from Oprah, Michael Jordan, to president of united states of America barack obama.
Let me start with Johns story so you can get to know him a little better. He born into a well to do family, well educated with great jobs. John’s dad gave him stock, for his 12th birthday, and from that day he fell in love with investing. When you develop a love for something at 12 and continue to work on your passion there is good chance for success at very young age.
He went on to study at Princeton university, and he was star basketball player there. Then 3 years after graduating he started his own firm with loans from friends and family. He started Ariel investments with just one employee, and worked very hard to grow it. Each year he would gather new clients, and his family connections helped out a lot.
Today he owns the largest african american owned investment firm in the nation. He would spend a lot of his time after school in early years at stock broker office. You know how a lot of people like to spend their time facebook or myspace John would spend it a office.
Your connections in life can only take you so far, and John had the knowledge and passion to back up his company. So that’s why today he owns a multi billion dollar company.
When you are a winner everyone wants to hang with you, and that is the case for John. He also sponsors a lot of events across the nation.
He has a GREAT heart, every year he helps out a lot of kids from the inner city get into investing world. He teaches them, and a lot of them go on become very successful. They run accounts and learn how trade and everything in johns class.

Mike has finally got the call that will place him with all the other great basketball players of all time. This is different there has never been a player to change a game like the way he has. There has NEVER been a player to Change a Business the way he has. There has NEVER been a player like him. Michael Jordan has probably inspired more people to take a jump shot than anyone in the world. I don’t think anyone has ever made jersey number more Famous. I can’t say in my lifetime there has been a more ionic figure to ever grace a sport. When you compare excellence a lot of people say He is Micheal Jordan of…….. You don’t get to that level without serious Results. The thing is most people are not capable of reaching this level of success because they don’t possess the talent to attempt, but he talent and hard work to become iconic. Jordan was always made people around him better, because he demanded excellence of the people around him. You might not have as much talent as him but he would not allow you not live up to your own potential if you were on his team. He Made Nike the coolest brand on the Planet. Billions of dollars have been generated by this one man. I could go on and on about mike, but I will stop here and continue next week. I will just leave you with some great mike footage.
You know those situations in life where are like damn why me. You know where are like I don’t want to hear that damn stupid phrase what don’t kill makes me stronger. There are certain stories that read about or see in your life and you never forget them. They just lodge a part in your brain and remember how grateful you are for everything that you have. People have life thrown at them left and right and some people lives are alot harder than other people lives. The story you will see below is one those stories that you can’t help but have your heart go out to the kid. The a kid can go from a perfectly healthy kid, to losing both hands and both feet and still wake up with smile is hope for a better day tomorrow. There are factors that really help also when have a loving family to help through the hard times, and when special nba superstars stop by like Dwyane Wade at your house. Hope is one the most powerful things on this earth, and people use hope everyday and it works. Do you remember the last time you had really think about how are going to eat your next meal. LIKE REALLY think not talking about your don’t have money for mickey d’s. I am talking you are in third world country and really don’t know how are you going to eat. Hope carries them on to next meal, and 9 times of 10 they get their meal. A Smile can go a long way. I challenge you smile at someone today that normally wouldn’t. Yes they will probably think WTF, but just do it because you never know what tomorrow will bring. If you want achieve something you don’t have in your life you have to be willing do something you have not done before.

When people have the wrong people around its ONLY MATTER OF TIME before they sink no Matter Who you are. There is reason successful people hang with successful people. There is reason LOSERS hang with Losers. The reason its so tough for athletes, and movie stars etc to shake bad ”Friends” because they become successful “in the media terms” overnight. You don’t shake people that hang with you overnight. People change when money is involved, and never know people truly feel about you to you both broke or both living good. That is not the case most athletes.
Going broke is Just new trouble for Vick it seems like the bad blows just can’t stop for him right now.
Its a shame mr Vick has to Learn the hard way about making good Decisions the VERY hard way.

I walked into the thing open minded, and the whole event for me was pretty good. The main thing I keep hearing about was feedback. If you are not familar with ebay feedback effects a lot of things on there. When you are a powerseller you get discounts on your monthly bill if you have a high level of feedback.

There was good networking going on, and few Wild people acting up. I didn’t really feel the energy of normal conference that I would go to. I really believe if you are starting out it was a great place to start. A lot the new people attending learned a lot from the events, and seminars they put on.
Its the people that have been around the block that are really upset over the drastic changes. All they could say “ebay” its for greater cause of ebay. The basically say FU## Sellers and you better BEND and BEND for the Customers.
