I just wanted to check in with everyone. Yes it has been a while since I last wrote a blog. I don’t blog just to blog. I am going to keep this short but just know I am working hard and can’t reveal too much but just know I am smiling everyday. Around June or so YOU WILL SEE ALOT of me. Early April I will Continue the interviews with leaders in business. Overall just bring you info that can help you better your life. Yes we all have storms that happen in our life I am no exception and just know no storm lasts forever. Only limits in life are those within ones mind, most never really grasp the concept.

Success it’s scary a thing at times. When you fail once its human nature to second second guess your self. Then when you fail 2 3 4 5 6 7 times, people really start to question themselves. This is where people get separated, and STRONG get up back up and go HARDER because this no such thing thing failure in their mind. They can’t go back to to regular life, they gotta make it out the the SCARY ass jungle. Green pastures on the other side jungle are worth getting attacked by lions and all the others things along the way. LETS be real only few are gonna make it most people are gonna turn back at first sign of adversity in the jungle. You can live aight if you don’t make it through the jungle. But like my homie J cole said I am young Simba and I can’t wait to be king. Kings go wherever they please in jungle, but you gotta earn stripes.

Where do I start with John. Most people don’t know him, if he walked down the street in many places across the united states people wouldn’t have a idea who he is. Even here in Chicago his home town most people have no clue who John is. I promise you though anyone who someone in Chicago knows who John is. I am talking anyone from Oprah, Michael Jordan, to president of united states of America barack obama.
Let me start with Johns story so you can get to know him a little better. He born into a well to do family, well educated with great jobs. John’s dad gave him stock, for his 12th birthday, and from that day he fell in love with investing. When you develop a love for something at 12 and continue to work on your passion there is good chance for success at very young age.
He went on to study at Princeton university, and he was star basketball player there. Then 3 years after graduating he started his own firm with loans from friends and family. He started Ariel investments with just one employee, and worked very hard to grow it. Each year he would gather new clients, and his family connections helped out a lot.
Today he owns the largest african american owned investment firm in the nation. He would spend a lot of his time after school in early years at stock broker office. You know how a lot of people like to spend their time facebook or myspace John would spend it a office.
Your connections in life can only take you so far, and John had the knowledge and passion to back up his company. So that’s why today he owns a multi billion dollar company.
When you are a winner everyone wants to hang with you, and that is the case for John. He also sponsors a lot of events across the nation.
He has a GREAT heart, every year he helps out a lot of kids from the inner city get into investing world. He teaches them, and a lot of them go on become very successful. They run accounts and learn how trade and everything in johns class.

This has be one of the thing gets the most excited and it is cars. Its not just cars, it cars that go REALLY fast. I am talking about 0-60 in 2.8 seconds. There is only place in america you can take your lambo and getting it running like 2.8 0- 60 and make it 10 second car and that is heffner performance. The reason heffner performance run sh## right now is because they put in work in the early days, and it started with a vision. Jason the owner decided if you are going to do something you better do it big, and that’s what he did. The reason no one else really ventured into high end car upgrades is because its damn expensive to replace a exotic engines if you mess it up. We talking 50-70k to replace a engine. Thats salary of a high end mechanic and for start up company that could be fatal. I remember back in like 05 i think i picked up my car and driver mag and saw gallardo and ford gt done by jason and his team i was like o SH… Back then it wasn’t even 2.8 i think it was like 3.3 for 800 hp or so. I know as soon i get a extra $250k just sitting with no purpose. I am running and getting a gallardo and taking to jason and getting it done. I am going roll up on someone race em for money and hit so hard they won’t know what hit em. The work that jason does is WORLD CLASS. For yall who don’t how fast 2.8 is the 1.8 million dollar bugatti veyron does o-60 in 2.5.
AND YES it will Leave the million dollar lamborghini revention and lambo mucielago in the dust

Where do they start ? The answer is different for everyone. I know one thing everyone has them. Dreams are what often keep me up often till 6 am in the morning, and up at 10 am. What is it that powers dreams well again the answer is different for everybody. I know one thing though, something powers those dreams.
The other day I was in the car, and I was looking at a pretty big office building; It was just for one company, and I really thought WOW this all started with a dream. In the whole scheme of things Jubril Agoro is small time not even close to big time, and he dreams of big time. This building had to hold maybe 2000 employees and they probably have offices worldwide. I really stopped and thought wow that is something to be admired. I don’t what inspires you to dream but I can share with you what it is and was for me. It was being a kid, and at church one of the older guys would buy like 20 kids ice cream outside,and I thought wow how cool what it be to do that. It was seeing my favorite NBA player on tv going back to old neighborhood and opening a computer center for kids to go and do homework, and use computer for whatever they please, and thought wow how cool would that be. It walking down the street and seeing someone drive by in a Bentley looking so cool and relaxed and saying wow how cool would that be. It was watching MTV cribs seeing all the amazing homes and condos,and saying wow how cool would that be. It was watching Tony Robbins on stage, and seeing the standing ovations and the way he moved the crowd, and i said wow how cool would that be.
Then I also saw the stuff that kills dreams, FEAR. It was seeing people put it all on the line and come up short some even lose their houses. I thought I wow I don’t want that to happen to me. I have seen people tell go and tell all their friends and family of how successful they are going to be and they fall flat on their face and family and “friends” snicker and say i told you why did you even waste your time. I thought wow i don’t want that to happen to me. I saw some people get on stage, and they had the crowd laugh at them. I said wow I don’t want that to happen to me.
When I go to sleep at night I can’t do anything but dream. So I figured I might as well dream big and make a difference in this world, so when I die I am somebody and not a Nobody. Might sound harsh, but a lot people die nobodies. The reason i think they are called “No” Bodies, because they do nothing important with their Body. When you dream, and go after success, its not guaranteed, but if you don’t go after your dream one thing is promised you won’t achieve your dreams.
